what is my ring size?
The best place to get your ring size is by visiting our studio.
Please email hello@anniekingjewllery.com to make an appointment.
Alternatively we recommend visiting a local jeweller to get your finger sized.
Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £150.
International shipping is priced dependent on location and cost of product.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note that customised jewellery, bespoke creations and digital downloads are not eligible for return or exchange.
will i have to pay import fees
If you live outside of the UK your jewellery may be subject to import fees / duty fees. Annie King Jewellery does not take any responsibility for these fees. Please take the time to learn about your country's policy before you purchase.
Leadtimes
when will i get my jewellery
Ready to ship products will be shipped within 2-3 working days of purchase. Made to order products will take between 4-6 weeks to be ready for shipping. If that doesn't suit you please send an email to hello@anniekingjewellery.com to see if we have any flexibility with these dates.
