While all of our jewellery is made from highly durable materials and is designed to last generations we recommend that you don't wear your jewellery whilst doing any physical activity, remove your jewellery in the presence of water and remove your jewellery when applying lotions or perfumes.

Clean your jewellery regularly with warm water and a soft bristle toothbrush to prevent the build up of dirt and to keep the gemstones looking their best.

No matter how precious you are, metal does take on the knocks and bumps of everyday life. This is evidence of the jewellery being yours which is beautiful but if you wish to return your jewellery to it's original lustre then we offer a deep cleaning service.

We work with a range of gemstones that are suitable for display in items of jewellery worn everyday. However, some gemstones require more care than others.

We recommend that you check your gemstones regularly. You can use a soft bristle toothbrush and warm water to gently clean around the gemstones. This prevents build up of dirt and keeps them sparkling.

A note on opals

Opal is one of the most magical gemstones, but it is one of the softest. Its high water content makes an opal less durable than other stones. You can live a very happy life with an opal ring but you must be diligent of the rules. In our opinion opals are best reserved for special occasions rather than day to day wear.

Our pieces are designed to be worn everyday, with that in mind we provide a one year warranty from the date of purchase provided it has not been worked on by another jewellery during this time. After this warranty period we will provide you with a quote for any necessary repairs.

*As stated in our terms and conditions, the one year warranty covers fault with craftsmanship but will not cover broken stones.

We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your jewellery. While every piece is made with durability and longevity in mind we do work with gemstones that need to be worn with care and attention.
