Refund policy

AOK gladly accepts returns.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery via a tracked and signed for service.

We don't accept changes or cancellations unless notified before production has begun but please contact me if there is a problem with your order.

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
